Andrew Yuengert, Professor of Economics and the Blanche Seaver Chair of Social Science at Pepperdine University, is the speaker for the 2023 annual Frank Cahill Lecture in Business Ethics. His talk, "Being Virtuous and Practical: The Laity in Catholic Social Teaching," is free and open to the public. Yuengert’s research crosses the boundaries between economics, moral philosophy, and Catholic theology. His latest book is Catholic Social Teaching in Practice: Exploring Practical Wisdom and the Virtues Tradition (Cambridge, 2023). More information can be found here.
