The Ukrainian Society of Notre Dame invites the campus community to join us on February 23rd for a panel discussion regarding the ongoing Russia-Ukraine Crisis. The discussion will evaluate Russian motivations regarding Ukraine and analyze the role of civil society in Ukraine’s hopeful future. The focus of the panel is to educate the campus community on the current situation in and around Ukraine.
