Jaime El Estampio performs traditional flamenco cante, percussion, dance, and guitar throughout Spain and around the globe. He perfected his craft under the Sevillan master Torombo, and he stretches the genre through modern collaborations with artists from various musical backgrounds and styles. Jaime El Estampio also teaches traditional and modern flamenco at his studio, Flamenco Benalmádena, Málaga.

Jaime El Estampio interpreta el cante tradicional, la percusión, el baile y la guitarra en toda España y por todo el mundo. Jaime perfeccionó su arte con el maestro sevillano Torombo, y reinventa el género a través de modernas colaboraciones con artistas de diversas procedencias y estilos musicales. Jaime El Estampio también enseña flamenco tradicional y moderno en su escuela Flamenco Benalmádena, Málaga.

This is a free but ticketed event. Tickets will be available for pick-up at the Ticket Office one hour prior to the performance. To guarantee your seat, please pick up your tickets at least 15 minutes prior to the show. In the event of a sell-out, unclaimed tickets will be used to seat patrons waiting on standby.

This event has been organized by Elena Mangione-Lora and Tatiana Botero, Department of Romance Languages and Literatures. It is sponsored by the Nanovic Institute for European Studies, and co-sponsored by the College of Arts and Letters, the Creative Writing Program, the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center, the Morris Inn, the Music Village, and the South Bend Civic Theatre.
