About the Lecture

Mediation in criminal cases is an extremely important tool for restorative justice. Unfortunately, according to the statistics, in Poland it is used rather rarely. This lecture will explore why that is and discuss the challenges and opportunities in Central Europe.

The lecture is free and open to the public.  Lunch will be available while supplies last.
