Sarah Lindermann-Komarova, Founder of the Siberian Civic Initiatives Support Center and the Community School Movement in Russia, will give the lecture Why Russians Like Putin: the Siberian Perpective. The lecture is sponsored by the Program in Russian and East European Studies with the Department of German and Russian Languages and Literatures, the Department of Political Science, the Kellogg Institute, and the Nanovic Institute for European Studies.
