Pablo Nuevo López is a professor of Constitutional Law at the Abat Oliba CEU University, in Barcelona. His doctoral thesis, directed by Prof. Carlos Vidal Prado, is dedicated to the question "Political pluralism and educational rights". His research activity is focused on the study of fundamental rights within the framework of modern pluralistic societies.
