Nataliya Bordun has participated in various seminars, trainings, and conferences on issues of governance, management education, democracy building, and the development of charity and social work. As a Research Visitor at the Nanovic Institute during the summer of 2014, Ms. Bordum explored the paradigm of transformational leadership, studied the features of the transforming leader who is guided by Christian values and developed transformational leadership models for the Ukrainian society.
