Frank is the CEO of Lattal ADR, a private consulting firm focused on international and domestic insurance operations, enterprise risk management, and complex commercial and civil dispute resolution. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and acts as an Arbitrator and Mediator for disputes around the world.

Prior to starting his consulting practice in 2020, Frank had a 35-year career in law and business. Most recently, he served for 15 years as the Chief Claims Officer for Chubb Group (formerly ACE Group), the world’s largest publicly traded Property and Casualty Insurance Company. In that role, he was the chief executive officer for the Claims organization of more than 6000 claim professionals operating in 54 countries. Prior to becoming Chief Claims Officer, Frank served as General Counsel for two of ACE’s international operating companies. Frank is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and prior to joining ACE/Chubb, he was a partner with Connell Foley & Geiser, LLP. He is co-author of a one-volume insurance law treatise, published annually since 1993.

Frank and his wife Gretta are proud Notre Dame parents of daughters Sarah (’14) and Emily.
