Janne Haaland Matláry, professor of international politics at the University of Oslo, was invited to give the 2018 Nanovic Forum Lecture. She delivered a lecture entitled “A House Divided: European Values and Strategic Ability.” Matláry has also served as State Secretary of Norway’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
