Beka plans and manages the institute's events and conferences, supports visiting scholars, and processes faculty fellow and affiliate scholar appointments. She studied communication and Spanish at Grace College, studying abroad in Madrid. Beka came to Notre Dame in 2021 with experience in the event industry from Goshen College and Oakwood Resort, a wedding venue in Syracuse, IN.
