Jane Porter

Student Marketing Assistant

Jane Porter is currently perusing her M.S. in Digital Marketing at the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. Prior to being a graduate student at Notre Dame, Jane also worked for the university, just over in Dublin, Ireland, for a year. There, she was a social media and marketing fellow for The Notre Dame Newman Centre and was also fortunate enough to audition and be accepted into a professional Irish dance company. She toured all across Ireland performing, and also solo-traveled Europe extensively, soaking in every bit of architecture, history, and culture. Jane obtained her B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing while double minoring in Pre-Law and Philosophy, from the University of Dayton in 2023. At Dayton, Jane also competed as an NCAA Division1 sprinter, a true testament to her athletic ability and work ethic. She loves nature, staying active, painting, and a good cup of coffee! Jane also owns her own business, Digital Creative Content Agency, and enjoys helping small businesses navigate marketing effectively in the digital landscape. Working for the Nanovic Institute as a student marketing assistant excites Jane because it “beautifully combines [her] previous digital marketing experience with [her] love of all things European culture has to offer.”
