Paul M. Black is on the Board of Stewardship Trustees at CommonSpirit Health, the Harry S. Truman Presidental Library and is an Executive Advisor to New Mountain Capital. He serves on multiple early stage Healthcare Information software and technology company boards. Previously he was CEO of Allscripts (NASDAQ:MDRX) for 10 years, COO of Cerner (NASDAQ:CERN) for 13.5 years, and began his career spending 11.5 years at IBM. He has served on multiple publicly traded, private, and nonprofit boards of directors for organizations serving Youth Sports, Hospitals and the Medical Device, Finance and Healthcare Information Software Industries. Father of two sons, John Patrick, a healthcare software associate, who is engaged to Maddie Dolan. Paul Joseph, who is a Notre Dame alumnus, married to Katie (Evans) Black and proud parents of Patrick William Black. Paul is Urology Resident at University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).
