During his homily for the University's 2019 opening Mass, Notre Dame president Rev. John I Jenkins, C.S.C. reflected on a recent visit to Ukrainian Catholic University where he bestowed the 2019 Notre Dame Award on its president, Archbishop Borys Gudziak, longtime colleague and friend of the Nanovic Institute for European Studies.
