Dr. Garret FitzGerald, former Foreign Minister and Taoiseach of Ireland, is currently a weekly columnist in the Irish Times, a member of the Council of State, President of the Institute of European Affairs, and a member of the International Affairs Committee of the Royal Irish Academy.
