Conference: Church-State Relations and Religious Liberty: Comparative Perspectives

The conference will provide the opportunity for world-renowned scholars, jurists, and advocates from countries including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Italy, and the United States to engage the complex issues of church-state relations and religious liberty from a truly comparative perspective. Opening address, sessions, and keynote address are all open to the public. The conference will occur September 22nd – 23rd, 2008.

The conference is jointly sponsored by the Nanovic Institute for European Studies, the Notre Dame Law School, the Program in American Democracy, the Office of Research, the Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts, and the College of Arts and Letters.
