ND Russian Ensemble with Keyboard

The Notre Dame Russian Ensemble is a small singing ensemble of Russian language students started by Molly Peeney and Alyssa Gillespie of the Department of German and Russian Languages and Literatures.

Together, the students learn several Russian songs each semester which they perform at an informal gathering at the end of term. This year, the CSLC and the Nanovic Institute helped the group purchase a keyboard for practice and rehearsal. The ensemble provides an excellent way for students to practice Russian pronunciation and intonation and experience culture in a fun, creative way.
